Major Mitchel Cockatoo named Fuchsia - from the artists series Namesake where both beautiful worlds of flora and fauna meet.

Painted in watercolour on a specially prepared wooden cradled panel which results in the pigment application being playful and exciting. The washes of artist grade paints blend beautifully on this modern watercolour surface. Sealed and protected with several layers of UV archival spray varnish allowing it to be hung without additional framing or glass. Sides natural wood with matt varnish.
