The Year of 2022

On this last day of 2022 I look back on my year in the studio. Paintings large and small, some have been class lessons, some you tube demos, and many works that have already found forever homes.
What is most important is that painting is joyful. Yes it can often be challenging and doubts can creep in but it really is a numbers game and the more you paint the more wins there are.
I have had a challenging personal year but have always found joy when I am painting.
I have enjoyed sharing watercolour journeys with so many lovely painters this year in my classes, workshops and with my fledgling you tube channel.
Bring on 2023 so we can all add more colour to our lives.
